Eco Routes crosses $7M in volume
In last month’s update, we shared that Routes, the Eco Protocol’s permissionless, cross-chain liquidity layer for streamlining onchain UX, had launched.

Routes volume picked up in January, and is sitting at $7.2M through the protocol as of this writing. Up-to-date volume can be viewed on this new Dune dashboard:
A big shoutout to the Hyperlane community for their involvement in the Routes launch — Hyperlane offered early access to the Eco Portal in their Discord, generating a lot of buzz and valuable feedback on the both Portal and Eco Routes, which power it under the hood.
This is just the beginning. 🫡
Protocol Governance ⚖️
The Eco Protocol’s new Snapshot-based governance system was introduced in January, with the first proposal The Next Eco Era: Token Migration (Part 1) being voted in by the new system and successfully enacted onchain.
